Design Submission Disclaimer

By submitting a design idea, concept, artwork, or written description (“Submission”) to Rhythm & Beat, you agree to the following terms:

• You confirm that your Submission is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

• You grant Rhythm & Beat an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sell, distribute, and create derivative works from your Submission in any form or medium, including but not limited to apparel, marketing, and digital content.

• If your Submission is selected for production, Rhythm & Beat will provide you with one (1) free t-shirt featuring your design as full and complete consideration.

• You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any additional compensation, royalties, ownership rights, profits, or ongoing credit, now or in the future, beyond the free t-shirt.

• Rhythm & Beat is under no obligation to use, credit, return, or provide feedback on any Submission.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhythm & Beat from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your Submission.

By submitting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

These terms apply whether or not the Submission is modified, combined with other designs, or used in a different form than originally submitted.
