Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Rhythm & Beat, operated by Hanex LLC, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible because every item is made to order. Please review the following cancellation policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before production begins.

Because all of our products are custom printed specifically for each customer, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated after an order has been placed.

If production has not yet started, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@rhythmandbeat.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Your cancellation request

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, as production often begins shortly after an order is submitted.

Orders in Production

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded because it is being custom manufactured specifically for you.

This includes requests to change:

  • Product style

  • Size

  • Color

  • Design

  • Shipping address

  • Quantity

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will make every reasonable effort to assist if production has not yet begun.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us immediately.

If the duplicate order has not entered production, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.

If production has already begun, the duplicate order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Refusing delivery of an order does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.

If an order is returned to us because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Refusal to accept delivery

we reserve the right to deduct any shipping charges, return shipping costs, carrier fees, or other applicable expenses from any eligible refund.

Orders Cancelled by Rhythm & Beat

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Payment processing issues

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Product availability or inventory issues

  • Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled

  • Violations of our Terms of Service

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, or any other jurisdiction where such rights cannot legally be excluded or limited.
