Refund & Returns Policy

At Hanex LLC, doing business as Rhythm & Beat ("Rhythm & Beat," "we," "our," or "us"), every product is made to order specifically for you. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a great experience.

That's why we offer our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, in addition to any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

For customers in the United States, Australia, the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), and other countries where we sell our products, this policy explains how refunds, replacements, exchanges, and statutory consumer rights apply to purchases made through our website.


1. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Rhythm & Beat purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one or more of the following remedies:

  • A replacement product

  • An exchange for another size or product

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Our goal is to resolve every issue fairly and provide an excellent customer experience.

Because every item is made to order, we generally do not require customers to return merchandise before issuing an approved refund, replacement, or exchange.

Please note that our Happiness Guarantee is a voluntary customer service policy offered by Rhythm & Beat. It is separate from and does not replace any statutory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country or region.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged;

  • Has a manufacturing or printing defect;

  • Contains the wrong item;

  • Is missing products; or

  • Otherwise does not match your order,

please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@rhythmandbeat.com.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photos of the packaging if shipping damage occurred

Once reviewed, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item,

  • Issue a refund,

  • Offer an exchange,

  • Provide store credit, or

  • Offer another appropriate resolution.


3. Print-on-Demand Products

Every Rhythm & Beat product is produced after your order is placed.

Because of this made-to-order production process, we generally do not process traditional retail returns where merchandise is shipped back to us.

Instead, approved claims under our Happiness Guarantee or applicable consumer protection laws are typically resolved through refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credit without requiring returned merchandise.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Exchanges

Because every product is printed specifically for each order, we generally do not offer traditional exchanges.

If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.


5. Personalized Products

Some Rhythm & Beat products may be customized with:

  • Customer-uploaded artwork

  • Customer-uploaded photographs

  • Custom names

  • Custom text

  • Other customer-requested personalization

Because these products are created specifically for one customer, they are generally not eligible for cancellation, withdrawal, or return rights where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your rights if a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer protection laws.


6. European Union & European Economic Area Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), additional statutory consumer rights apply.

14-Day Withdrawal Right

For eligible purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Eligible Products

Our standard Rhythm & Beat catalog products are generally eligible for the statutory withdrawal right, even though they are produced on demand after purchase.


Personalized Products

The withdrawal right generally does not apply to products that have been genuinely personalized with customer-provided names, text, photographs, artwork, or other custom content.


Refund Process

For approved EU withdrawal requests, Rhythm & Beat will generally issue a refund without requiring the merchandise to be returned, unless we specifically request otherwise.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


7. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy limits any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

For customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, Australia, or any other jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer rights, those rights remain fully applicable.


8. Australian Customers

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where products fail to meet consumer guarantees, Australian customers may be entitled to repairs, replacements, refunds, or other remedies available under law.


9. Refund Timing

Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.


10. Order Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

If production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel your order.

Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible except where required by applicable law.
